Interconnected networks and coalitions for change, nationally and internationally, that share best practice and replicate tools and techniques at a larger scale.

We work with people to build institutions – rooted in a shared values, collective leadership, and accountable decision making  – that equip them with the ability to dialogue, to engage the state and to hold one another to account; where these institutions have been hollowed out by long processes of colonisation, political repression and rentier capitalism, and that have left communities struggling with legacies of internalised oppression, violence and depression.

Our way of working consists of multiple, parallel strands. We nurture not only local communities, but communities of change agents inside government at local and national levels, linking them all together and with peers internationally, as movements for change.
